LEGOLAND©, Billund - 28 km
LEGOLAND park® is a world-famous playland for children and adults alike. Enjoy the imaginative models made out of approx. 45 million LEGO® bricks.

The Lion Park - Givskud Zoo - 26 km
The Lion Park covers an area of 60 hectares, where animals from all over the world move freely around in large enclosures. Visitors can study the impressive lions, curious ostriches, funny monkeys and other animals at close quarters, either in their own cars or in the Safari bus.
See the 20.000 square metre gorilla enclosure. Walk through the jungle, see the waterfall, listen to the sounds, visit the African village, explore the area and find the gorillas.

PLAY LAND /Action Park, Tørring - 25 km
An amusement park for daredevils of all ages, with lots of vehicles such as motor-cross bikes for children, cross-cars and trains for children. Parties only, by prior arrangement.

Børkop Watermill - 12 km
The history of the listed Børkop Watermill dates back to the 16th century, whereas the present buildings date back to
about 1732. The well-functioning milling plant, the small local museum and the cosy restaurant make Børkop Watermill a culinary and cultural gem.

Kolding - 30 km
Koldinghus is one of Kolding’s greatest attractions. The beautifully restored castle dates back to 1268, and its unique collections, special exhibitions and concerts make a visit to Koldinghus well worth remembering.
In the Geographical Gardens there are trees and bushes from all over the world, placed in groups according to their habitat.
The Trapholt Museum of Art is one of Denmark’s youngest museums of its kind. The museum is set in beautiful surroundings overlooking Kolding Fjord and contains fine collections of contemporary Danish paintings, sculptures, arts and crafts and applied art, for instance by Anna Ancher, Franciska Clausen and Richard Mortensen.

Odense - 74 km
The capital of Funen is home to the Hans Christian Andersen Museum, which depicts the life of the Danish author of fairy tales. The museum also displays pictorial art inspired by his poetry. Furthermore, it contains a unique library with many foreign editions of his works.

Ribe - 85 km
Established in the early 8th century, Ribe is not only Denmark’s but Scandinavia’s oldest market town. The medieval town centre contains more than 100 listed buildings, including the Cathedral and the old Grammar School, which add to the unique atmosphere of the town. Ribe is rich in historical relics. Furthermore, it is surrounded by lots of beautiful countryside.

Århus - 73 km
Århus is always worth a visit. The Old Town with its 75 reconstructed houses tells the story of the Danish tradition of trade from the 16th century onwards. The Prehistoric Museum Moesgård gives visitors an insight into prehistoric Denmark from the Stone Age to the Viking Age, for instance by means of the more than 2000-year-old Grauballe man and the “Prehistory Trail“ with its open-air historical landscapes.
